Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for limited pincodes and subject to additional charges.

1. Minimum Order Requirement

Wholesale pricing is applicable only on bulk orders. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) criteria will vary based on the product category.

2. Pricing & Discounts

Wholesale prices are customized based on order volume. Larger quantities may qualify for additional discounts.

All quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders will be processed only after advance payment confirmation.

Bulk orders may require a partial deposit at the time of confirmation, with the remaining payment due before dispatch.

4. Delivery & Shipping
